Kaskelot Open!

Joel Yates

Kaskelot is still open to visitors in Plymouth from 0900 to 1800 daily. She is currently alongside Quay Road in Sutton Harbour. She will depart Sutton Harbour on the 14th of April and sail for Poole, so if you cant make it to Plymouth please come and visit Kaskelot in Poole.

Down below in the cargo hold there is a fantastic display of traditional boat builders tools, information about the history of Kaskelot and her recent refit and a short film with some beautiful footage of the ship under full sail. You can even go home with your very own Kaskelot poster and T shirt!

The last chance to visit Kaskelot in Plymouth will be on the 12th of April, so make sure you can get down to the ship before then. The crew look forward to welcoming you on board one of the finest traditionally rigged sailing vessels in the world.

The ships next stop will be Poole, where she will open her decks once again from the 15th- 20th of April alongside Town Quay. Watch this space for updates!
